Our return policy
We want you to love the SMITHAM product you purchase and hope you enjoy it for a long time.
If you order and change your mind or for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date you receive the item to return or exchange it.
All items must be in brand new, unused, original condition, including box, dust bag. Any discounted items are not eligible for return/exchange.
How to return or exchange a product
To submit a return or exchange request, you will need to contact our customer service team at e-mail: [email protected] and provide your order number along with the reason for the return or exchange.
Once our team approves your return request, you will receive return instructions via email.
When returning your item, please use the tracking number to track the location of your item. SMITHAM is not responsible for lost returns.
Please note: returns will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. During busy periods, please allow 4-5 business days for processing.
Return Shipping Costs
For all returns (except where the product you received is defective or incorrect), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you use a tracking service when returning the product; SMITHAM is not responsible for any lost or undelivered products.
Refund
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 14 business days for the funds to be credited to your account using the original method of payment. Any items showing signs of wear or damage will be returned to the customer.
Faulty Product
If you suspect your product is faulty or you have received the wrong product, please send photos and order confirmation to [email protected]. Our customer service team will assist you in resolving the issue.
Return repeat
We carefully monitor the number of customer returns and continued returns will be marked. This may result in your account with SMITHAM being closed and any future orders being cancelled.
