For a flat fee of $6.99 per order, you will receive standard shipping, providing convenience without worrying about additional costs. 1. Shipping Time

Cut-off time: 6:00 PM (CST) every day.

Processing Time: Once your order is cleared, your order will typically be processed within 1-3 business days Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). If you place an order over the weekend, your order will be processed on Monday.

You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

Please note: Transit time does not include processing time.

Delivery Time: Standard shipping time is 7-15 business days.

Please note that processing and shipping times may be affected later in the year due to high volume and inclement weather conditions.

4. Customs duties

For orders outside the United States, your order may be subject to import duties that are applied when the shipment arrives in your country. We have no control over and are not responsible for any taxes/fees that are applied to your package upon delivery.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and handling fees if they refuse to accept the package due to import duties or taxes.

5. Returned Packages

In the event that your product is returned due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery, we will proactively contact you to discuss resending options. Please note that, in this case, additional shipping charges may apply for the resend. We will clearly inform you of the additional costs so that you can make an informed decision.

However, once your order has been delivered to the carrier, we will not be able to make any changes to the address.
